My brand new 14-week powerbuilding program is the best possible combination of both powerlifting and bodybuilding. Each workout begins with 1 powerlifting movement, followed by a full bodybuilding workout of 5-6 exercises. These workouts are long, so if you want to truly build on both strength and bodybuilding, expect to be in the gym at least 2 hours to complete your protocols. If you enjoyed the first two powerbuilding programs, I promise you this one will take things up a notch to get you the best possible results in powerbuilding.

I highly recommend watching the INTRODUCTION video, linked in the instructions tab of the program, before starting the program.

-This training program will include 14 weeks of training, including 6 sessions per week, specifically outlining your training protocols for each individual day

-There is a full MAX OUT week protocol on week 14 of the program if you choose to test your maxes in squat, bench, and deadlift
